A legitimate source confirmed that Depute Gracia Delva was on a flight earlier today heading to one of the South Florida airports.

A Haitian radio confirmed from a source on the plane that Gracia Delva was on board and that he had just spoken to him.

Congressman Gracia Delva, aka Mass Konpa, will be sleeping in Florida tonight, then he is heading to Washington for undisclosed reasons, and he will be back in South Florida Monday.

I think the problem with some haitians is, they don't like appreciate what is good. Gracia is a strong courageous Artist.

He has done a lot in the compas as a singer.
